About the benefits of fish

FISH IN ITALIAN
2 onions, sliced into thin rings
4 green peppers, cut into rings or strips,
1/4 Cup olive oil
400 g fish fillet.
1/4 Cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground white pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika,
1/4 Cup of dry white wine.
